These sessions and events are offered freely to the public, providing information to support your practice and education in the rapidly expanding world of mindfulness-based courses.
Individual Advising Sessions Offer Personalized Guidance
Advising Sessions offer personalized guidance for individuals seeking to explore mindfulness and determine the best pathways for personal and professional development. These sessions are usually 15 minutes and provide an opportunity to discuss goals, ask questions, and receive expert advice on how to incorporate mindfulness practices into daily life; more time is always available as needed.
Information Sessions
Information Sessions provide an overview of the programs and offerings available at the Mindfulness and Health Institute. These sessions are designed to help individuals understand the various educational and training opportunities, as well as how mindfulness can benefit their personal and professional lives. A typical session is 50-60 minutes and you may come and go as needed. Sign-up to be informed about the next ‘info’ session.
Free Community Mindfulness Sessions – Open to the Public

The MHI Community Mindfulness Sessions are a wonderful option for those who:
- Have completed a mindfulness program and wish to continue practicing in community,
- Would like more information about mindfulness practices, or
- Are looking forward to taking a mindfulness program
